I keep hearing about MP3 - what is it?

MP3 is a name for compressed audio files. Normal audio files are huge! A 30 minute hypnosis session in uncompressed audio would take days to download from the internet. With MP3 compression our 30 minute hypnosis sessions are approximately 10mb in size. Perfect for downloading and listening to from your computer or MP3 player.

How do I listen to my MP3 Download?

Nearly all modern PCs come with the software you need to listen to MP3 files straight from your computer. If you have an MP3 player you can also listen to the download from that. If you are worried that you will not be able to listen to MP3 format sounds - then click the link for this tiny example file (122k). If you can hear the contents, then your computer is equipped to play MP3. Windows media player is the most common way to play MP3 files.

To this file on to your computer to test adding to your MP3 player, do a RIGHT click on the link and SAVE AS or SAVE LINK AS. From an APPLE MAC perform a ctrl click or command click and choose SAVE AS.

How do I listen to my download from a CD?

All our files are optimised for download as MP3. However you can uncompress them on your computer and burn them to audio CD if you have a CD writer. See our MP3 to AUDIO CDS page for more details and the software you need.

I have the download link, but I can't get it to work...

Along with the download link you have a download CODE. Paste it into the box provided HERE and try again. If you still can't get the download to work then email support@hypnosisdirect.com and you will be given further instructions.

I have paid using PAYPAL but I have not been emailed the link for downloads...

If the payment has gone through, then perhaps PayPal did not pass this information back to our server successfully. Don't worry, we can look up the order and send your links through to you. Email support@hypnosisdirect.com and let us know the email address you used on your order so we can track it down. We'll get the codes out to you within 24 hours.

I am not happy with my download and would like to request a refund...

We are confident that our product is excellent value for money, however, if you are unhappy with it then simply fill in a refund form (links below) and get it back to us with the reason you are unhappy and we will refund your card immediately. All refunds must be applied for within 90 days of placing your order and you must agree to delete all copies you have of the downloaded session(s).
